Why was my order cancelled?

If you did not request your order to be cancelled and was notified by the site this typically means it was flagged by our monitoring system. All orders are reviewed after they are placed prior to releasing to fulfillment. Orders considered as high risk to BPI Sports or the customer will be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours. 

Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated. You are welcome to place a new order, and you are recommended to change your payment method. Any coupons, discounts used will be reset. If a website promotion was taking place at the time of order, BPI Sports will not honor coupon codes or promotions that have already expired.
