HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please use the contact us form and select refund.
- Mail your returned item to: (Buyer does pay for return shipping) BPI Sports 3149 SW 42nd St. Suite 200 Hollywood, FL 33312 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Item returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee when they are considered non-defective.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items listed Final Sale on the website, found in the Clearance product category, or marked on the product page as Clearance may not be eligible for a return due to the nature of the offer price.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges of any of product, regardless where they are purchased from must be within 30 days of your purchase due to a manufacturer defect. BPI Sports is responsible to decide what products are eligible for exchange due to a manufacturer defect.
Please use the contact us form and select exchange, with your proof of purchase, lot # and expiration date (found on the bottom of the bottle) and description of the defect.
